Abstract Submission Guidelines

The American Academy for Preceptor Advancement(AAPA) Planning Committee invites interested individuals to submit abstract for consideration at the upcoming conference.

Please follow submission guidelines:

  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Text should not exceed 250 words.
  • Use standard font e.g. Times New Roman when formatting your text.
  • It is the author’s responsibility to submit an appropriately edited abstract. Authors are to ensure abstract are correct in grammar and scientific facts if included. References must be within the past five years.

  • Notifications of acceptance/non-acceptance will be sent to the submitting author June 21, 2019 to the email address on the abstract submission form.
  • Accepted abstracts will be added to the conference program.
